Massivholz ist ein natürliches und lebendiges Material, das für seinen authentischen Charakter und seine Schönheit geschätzt wird, die sich im Laufe der Zeit weiterentwickelt. Um es in einwandfreiem Zustand zu erhalten, reinigen Sie die Oberfläche mit einem weichen, trockenen oder leicht feuchten Tuch und trocknen Sie sie anschließend immer ab. Vermeiden Sie abrasive oder aggressive chemische Reinigungsmittel. Entfernen Sie verschüttete Flüssigkeiten sofort und verwenden Sie Untersetzer oder Schutzauflagen, um Flecken und Hitzespuren zu vermeiden.
Für Tischplatten und häufig genutzte Oberflächen kann Holzpflegewachs verwendet werden (nicht zwingend erforderlich, reduziert jedoch das Risiko von Flecken). Transparentes Holzöl ist die ideale Behandlung, da es die natürliche Maserung hervorhebt und die Oberfläche schützt; wir empfehlen, es ein- bis zweimal jährlich aufzutragen. Achten Sie auf eine konstante Luftfeuchtigkeit (40–60 %) und vermeiden Sie die Nähe zu Wärmequellen, Klimaanlagen oder längere direkte Sonneneinstrahlung.

The table in combination with the 2 chairs were delivered at the beginning of the year. The furniture arrived beautifully and carefully packaged. Even after half a year of use, I am extremely satisfied with this good quality. I cam definitely recommend the company, only the communication takes some getting used to (WhatsApp).

Compré una mesa y sillas en Roble.Store basándome, entre otras cosas, en el plazo de entrega de "5 a 8 semanas" que anuncian en su página web. La realidad ha sido muy distinta: he tardado exactamente 5 meses en tener el pedido completo en mi casa. Un desfase inaceptable.
A su favor he de decir que la atención al cliente ha dado la cara. La comunicación vía email ha sido bastante ágil a la hora de resolver dudas e informarme sobre el estado real del envío cuando les exigía explicaciones (tras dejar de lado los correos automáticos). Los muebles, una vez por fin llegan, cumplen con lo esperado.
El problema, además del tremendo retraso, es cómo lo gestionan. Tras reclamar, acordamos una "compensación" del 10% de descuento por todas las molestias y los meses de espera (reembolso que, para ser justos, han cumplido y abonado). Sin embargo, me parece un gesto comercial bastante pobre y decepcionante, teniendo en cuenta que ese mismo 10% de descuento es el que tenían ofertado para todo el público en sus rebajas de enero. Un retraso de esta magnitud merecía una compensación real por el incumplimiento, no un descuento genérico de temporada.
En resumen: Los muebles están bien y responden a los correos con rapidez, pero sus plazos de entrega son ciencia ficción. Si no tienes absolutamente ninguna prisa y te da igual que tu pedido tarde medio año, puedes comprar aquí. Si necesitas los muebles en el tiempo que prometen, mejor busca en otra tienda.

Trabajamos con madera maciza natural, por lo que el secado y la preparación correcta de la madera son procesos esenciales para garantizar la calidad y durabilidad del mueble. Además, lamentablemente tuvimos una avería inesperada en el equipamiento, lo que retrasó aún más los plazos.

Several things:
It is a beautiful table and easy to set it up. But:
1. The extension function is not like in the commercial video (in the video the extension is in one motion) and my table has to be extended in 2 different motions. Which is just not how i imagined it!
2. There is a big bump on the downside of the table which I didnt see at first. After I inspected the table closely because of the extending function I noticed it. It doesnt matter me that much but for that amount of money I expect more.
3. The delivery was pretty annoying and I wish there is an better option.
All in all a beautiful table which small "yikes"

Regarding the extension function, the table can indeed be closed in either one or two clicks — this depends on the amount of force applied when sliding it back.
As for what you mentioned as a 'bump' on the underside, that is in fact part of the extension mechanism itself. Since the tabletop is designed in a Scandinavian style and is about 2.5 cm thick, it does not cover this part completely. This type of mechanism is invisible only when choosing a thicker tabletop (around 4 cm), for example in our Meby model.
Concerning the delivery: at the moment deliveries to Germany are handled by DB Schenker, and as indicated on our website, delivery is currently only to street level. We sincerely apologize if this caused inconvenience and if you were not fully satisfied with this part of the service.

The table is absolutely stunning and well-crafted and I adore it. It comes with an oiling kit, which I first thought was for long-time care. But glasses leave watermarks on the table so it needs to be sanded and oiled before use. I wish that would’ve been done by the manufacturer for that price.

La mesa es de calidad según lo descrito. Se entregó en un plazo razonable y ha sido muy fácil de montar.

We bought a dining table and are very happy with the quality and look.
Assembling the table went well - though instructions could perhaps be a little more detailed.
Roble Store responded timely to all questions via WhatsApp.
Only when it comes to shipping of the furniture there is room for improvement. The tracking wasn’t very good and there is no option to have the furniture delivered into one’s apartment, but only to the outside of the building.

I got a the NordicStory mesa extensible. I am very happy with it. It fits perfectly my living room, it was easy to assemble. The instructions are clear to follow I did it by myself and it all worked out.
